I hoped I could get here the same feeling of joy I once got in Pompei and which I usually only get through biking or climbing. Do not misunderstand me, normally I just see low walls at archeological sites. Anyway, MP by some reason, did not make it. It is really impressive, though.
They say you cannot stick a blade between the blocks of rock that build up the cerimonial walls! Could be true.
Going up to Huayna Picchu was fun and, while taking a pic of Ellen on the stairs, I felt I had seen that place before. Aguirre the Wrath of God, as Giuanin suggested.
A low-inclination slab on Huayna Picchu is the closest I got to climbing in almost 7 months now!
